What’s your Processing Time?

I do my best to get orders out ASAP. However, the time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. During high volume times such as updates, restocks & around the Holidays orders can take 7-14 business days (1-3 weeks) to be packaged and shipped; however I aim to get them out quicker. For details, see individual items. If there is an urgent need for your order to be packaged faster, I will do my best to get them out sooner, please email me through the shop contact.

What’s your Estimated Delivery Times?

CANADA: 3-7 Business days after shipping
USA: 5-13 Business days after shipping

The vast majority of orders to the USA arrive swiftly; however I cannot guarantee delivery dates or how they move through customs. Xálish Medicines assumes no liability for shipping delays due to Customs or shipping carriers. 

What about Customs & Import Taxes?

Customs & import taxes (duties) are included in the prices for the U.S.A.. No duties are charged upon arrival to the U.S.A. For all other order outside of Canada & the US, customs & import taxes are not included in the price, and will vary by location. Xálish Medicines is not responsible for delays or extra fees incurred due to customs (example, a package being returned).
